Hypnosis is neither dangerous nor can you get “stuck” in it. Sue will explain what you can expect before you start the session.
Clients will often say they’ve been hypnotised previously but it “didn’t work” Often this is because their expectations of what can be achieved are unrealistic or because they thought they’d disappear off into some place where they don’t know what’s happening. Hypnosis is essentially relaxation and concentration so you’ll be relaxed but able to hear everything being said and able to leave at any point.
