With this method, by monitoring and controlling breathing,
you will immediately relax and reduce stress levels, wherever
you are, no matter what level of background noise.
You do not need to close your eyes or make
any movement that would be obvious to others around you.
It does two things;
So, when you're feeling stressed and anxious, take a few
moments to concentrate on your breathing;
As you breathe in;
Imagine calmness flowing into your body, from
your toes, right up to your head, warming and relaxing as
it spreads throughout your body. Give that calmness a colour

visualise your body as it fills
As you breathe out;
Imagine stress flowing out from your body,
from your head, right down and out through your toes. Give
that stress/anxiety a colour

with stress and anxiety visualise your body as it empties.
Feel your stress and anxiety levels reducing in your whole
body.
Continue with this, letting your breath come and go easily
and in a steady slow rhythm, letting one breath flow naturally
into another. You can use this technique wherever you are,
at any time.
